摘要
Digital Twin (DT) technology is revolutionising various sectors, enabling the creation of virtual replicas of physical environments. This paper discusses the role of human-centricity and trust in the design and applications of DT within a Human Factors Engineering (HFE) framework. It explores recent applications of DTs, including human performance analysis, training simulations, human-robot interaction, equipment optimisation, and workforce planning. The paper highlights the importance of integrating HFE principles to enhance the accuracy and functionality of DT models, fostering trust and collaboration. Challenges related to data privacy, security, and ethical standards are also addressed, emphasising the need for a balanced approach to DT adoption.
