摘要
The objective of this study is to develop dry electrodes from polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)/carbon nanotube (CNT) composite for connecting with conventional bio-signal instruments. Potential advantages of the proposed dry electrode in wearable devices, flexible tattoo circuits, and stretchable displays have established a requirement for easy fabrication, strong durable, and low-cost materials. The performances of the proposed dry electrode are evaluated by measuring interference signal, electromyogram (EMG), and electroencephalogram (EEG). The results of this study indicate that the proposed dry electrodes can be used as an alternative to commercial dry electrodes, having a wide range of applications, e.g. physical examination of vital medical signs, controlling intelligent devices and robots, and signal transmission through flexible material.
