摘要

Synchronization between master and slave oscillators is important to understand, as it explains how the instructions are passed on by master oscillator to slave oscillator for execution of dedicated task. Such a behaviour is commonly noticed in fields like biological circuits, neuronal networks robotics and logic circuits. In this paper, conditions on sufficient coupling gain which provides synchronization of master-slave oscillators have been derived using Lyapunov stability approach for second order benchmark oscillators namely Van der Pol and Fitzhugh Nagumo oscillators. The results obtained through mathematical formalism are confirmed through numerical simulations. Also electronic experimental model of master-slave oscillatory system for each of above oscillators have been developed and tested. It is found that synchronization of master-slave oscillatory system needs the presence of sufficient coupling gain.
