About
William Wallace is a researcher dedicated to building the next generation of scientists, with a primary focus on educational outreach in computational neuroscience and a secondary interest in clinical pain management. His major contribution lies in developing and validating accessible, hands-on neurorobotics workshops for high school students. Through his work, most notably the 2020 paper "Neurorobotics Workshop for High School Students Promotes Competence and Confidence in Computational Neuroscience" (14 citations), he has demonstrated that short, intensive programs can significantly boost students' self-assessed competence and confidence in understanding the brain.
