About

Natallia Miatselskaya is a leading atmospheric scientist whose research centers on the spatial and temporal distribution of atmospheric aerosols, with a particular focus on the urban-industrial regions of Eastern Europe. Her foundational work, “Aerosol seasonal variations over urban–industrial regions in Ukraine according to AERONET and POLDER measurements” (33 citations), established critical baseline data on aerosol optical properties using ground-based sun-photometer data from 2008–2013, revealing distinct seasonal patterns in urban aerosol loading.
