Anthony J. Mortelliti is a pediatric otolaryngologist whose clinical and research focus centers on complex airway and swallowing disorders in children, with a particular emphasis on innovative, minimally invasive surgical techniques. His major contributions include pioneering the application of transoral robotic surgery (TORS) combined with delayed transoral laser microsurgery (TLM) for the resection of extensive pediatric supraglottic neurofibromas, a challenging condition due to its location and potential for functional compromise.
