Abstract

A significant challenge in implementing mobile production processes and, thus, intralogistic value creation is the disruptive oscillation of mobile robots in transit. Intralogistic value creation is a promising approach to making production more economical and efficient. The significant potential of intralogistic value creation for logistics and production results from parallelizing non-value-creating but necessary and valuecreating activities. In addressing this potential, this paper proposes an approach that involves implementing mobile production processes, considering the individual oscillatory behavior of the intralogistic route, the mobile robot, and the specific process. The development of a method for oscillationadaptive production sequence planning has been undertaken for this purpose to facilitate the continuation of production during intralogistic transit by assigning feasible tasks to mobile systems. Following this approach, it is essential to implement mobile production applications by relocating processes from stationary to mobile systems. Applying this method to a mobile application scenario of assembling a puzzle demonstrates a solution for the practical implementation of intralogistic value creation.
