Abstract

For the maintenance operation of mining motor, the industrial robot instead of manual operation, can greatly improve the work efficiency and save manpower, permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) electric transmission system is the core technology module of industrial robots. This paper presents a control system scheme based on STM32F407 of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), which can be applied to the motor maintenance robot transmission module. Permanent magnet synchronous motor instead of asynchronous motor to achieve robot transmission, can achieve the goal of energy saving, high efficiency and precise control. This paper presents the mathematical model, the hardware circuit structure and software implementation scheme, through the simulation experiment.
