Abstract
Abstract One of the trends in the development of productivity of earth-moving equipment in quarries of mineral materials is an increase in the strength and speed of digging excavators, which leads to an increase in energy consumption. Experimental studies have shown that the excavator robot in this mode produces significant forces and pressure on the excavator, which is not safe both during the design and standardization of earthworks. Some engineering methods for the development of mining productivity are based on simple deterministic static models, which fundamentally cannot adequately represent the current non-stationary dissipative mining process, which can lead to significant design failures. There are no norms for heavy duty work. Based on a systematic approach to the process of excavator excavation in hours, the statistics developed a complex of models in the form of a system of differential equations of the Markov-Kolmogorov type to describe the global excavation of their processes. This approach with detailed consideration of organizational and technical factors makes it possible to increase the accuracy and reliability of the excavator lift coefficient per hour by 2-3 times with different methods.
