Abstract
Objective. To evaluate the advantages of the method of surgical treatment of the patients with colorectal endometriosis using laparoscopic and robot-assisted technique developed by the authors. Material and methods. A prospective study including the experience of colorectal resection using NOSE technology and robot-assisted laparoscopic technique in 22 patients with infiltrative endometriosis of the colon in the period from 2021 to 2022 was carried out. Results. All patients were operated by minimally invasive access. Median blood loss, use of active pelvic drainage, and mean duration of hospitalization were similar in both groups. Conclusion. The result of the proposed technology is the reduction of traumatic intervention, its duration and intraoperative blood loss, reduction of complications associated with intestinal anastomosis failure, optimization of economic costs.
