Abstract

This dataset contains verbatim spoken responses collected from 86 participants — 70 parents and 16 children — at Blue Blocks Montessori School, Hyderabad, India, on 29th November 2025 as part of the InnoVision 2050 community initiative. Participants were asked open-ended questions centred on the theme: "What will shape a better world in 2050?" Each response is timestamped from the original video recording, verbatim-transcribed, and classified into one of ten thematic domains (Technology & AI; Humanity & Empathy; Innovation & Creativity; Environment & Sustainability; Education & Learning; Peace & Social Harmony; Values & Ethics; Automation & Robotics; Health & Well-being; Unclassified). The dataset is the first published output of the Blue Blocks Micro Research Institute's InnoVision longitudinal research programme. It is released as a Tier 1 (OPEN) public dataset under CC BY 4.0, intended for secondary analysis, qualitative meta-studies, futures education research, and cross-cultural comparison.
