Abstract

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the efficacy of transoral robotic surgery or transoral laser microsurgery for early‐stage (T1‐2, N0‐2) oropharyngeal carcinoma in comparison to radiotherapy/chemoradiotherapy.
