Abstract
The article describes the use of a da Vinci-assisted (DV) gynecological surgery. DV is the biggest technological development of the recent decades. Currently, over 4000 robotic surgical systems in 54 developed countries and 25 robotic surgical systems in Russia have been used successfully. The type of robot-аssisted gynecological interventions is wide: from uterus-sparing surgery to radical hysterectomy.
