Abstract

The intensive introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics technologies in all spheres of human life has raised a series of questions for the regulator. With the development of technology, the role of a person in certain areas of banking is becoming less and less significant. This paper highlights some of the problems associated with the development of regulation of AI technologies in the field of financial technologies. For this purpose, foreign and domestic experience has been analyzed. It was found that several trends can be identified in the regulation of the use of AI technologies in the financial sector abroad.
