Abstract
This paper focuses on the development of an intelligent system which manages hierarchical behaviors using a NAO robot as a Vocational Tutor. Selected behaviors were classified and categorized into four personality profiles. Experimentation under three case studies showed the suitable management of different behaviors, throughout the four personalities parameters set in the system, being executed by neural networks.
