Pathologic data is emerging, however, at the present time the oncologic efficacy of RARC remains largely unknown. We sought to determine early oncologic outcomes and survival rates among patients undergoing robot-assisted radical cystectomy (RARC) for invasive bladder cancer. METHODS Utilizing the International Robotic Cystectomy Consortium (IRCC) database, 799 patients were identified who underwent RARC at 14 institutions from 2003–2010 with overall survival data available.
