Abstract
Concerns the development and implementation of a distance measurement sensor for an intelligent underwater robotic manipulator system. This experiment uses commercial ultrasonic devices for measuring distance underwater. They have a large measurement deviation. In this experiment, the PZT thin film ultrasonic devices for distance measurement is fabricated and tested to improve measurement performance.
