Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and deep learning (DL) are widely used programming frameworks in developing digital transformation applications. AI-enabled strategies are more customer-centric and have the well-defined business process flows in new banking systems and healthcare. AI/ML-based baking uses cases are fraud detection, risk management, regularity compliance, and advisory services. The healthcare system’s use cases are robotic surgeries, virtual nursing assistance during covid times, precision medicine, and patient care management. The paper presents various technical architectures defined using AI/ML in baking and healthcare applications. After data collection, design the application using predictive modelling, evaluating, enhancing, and deploying the data. Various tools and technologies used in AI/ML process are depicted in real-time case studies. Review the case studies with AI/ML capabilities used in banking and healthcare systems.
