Abstract
Due to the transition to the digital economy, many changes are taking place in the world. New technological processes allow stimulating competition in the market, as well as the development of innovations that have an impact on all spheres: political, social, spiritual. For successful work, it is necessary to introduce new business processes. Modern HR works in the conditions of a new digital reality, which is determined by the development of computing technologies, artificial intelligence, robotics, and neurotechnologies. Innovative developments occur in all sectors of the economy, both in industry and in management. Accordingly, HR functions are being transformed due to the emergence of new technologies. The IT industry is becoming more in demand every year, in order for HR to remain competitive, it is necessary to actively cooperate with IT professionals or receive additional professional education in this environment. HR experts need to make important strategic decisions in the context of global digitalization.
