Abstract
In view of the relatively high requirements for the passability of equipment for small-diameter pipelines, through the magnetic circuit analysis of the magnetization structure of the intelligent magnetic flux leakage detection robot, designed a magnetization structure scheme that uses mechanical structure to adjust the movement posture and meet the detection requirements of the magnetization mechanism. The magnetic circuit characteristics generated by different permanent magnet parameters were used to carry out the finite element simulation of the magnetization structure of the variable diameter pipeline magnetic flux leakage detector through the magnetization process of the pipeline. The effect of changing the permanent magnet parameters on the detection results was determined, and the rationality of the scheme was preliminarily verified, to provide technical support for the development of life prediction and scientific management of small-diameter pipelines.
