Abstract

310 GEARS questionnaires for robotic prostatectomies (RP) and partial nephrectomies (RPN). We evaluated agreement between residents' self-assessment and those assessing them using intraclass correlation (ICC) and correlation of individual GEARS component scores to other GEARS components within each group of evaluators (attending, fellow, resident, surgical tech) using Spearman's correlation coefficient (r).
