Abstract

The current traditional isolation switch overhaul robot powered overhaul method achieves the overhaul of substation equipment by constructing a fault diagnosis model, which leads to poor overhaul results due to the lack of calculation of the electric field strength of the working environment. In this regard, the disconnecting switch overhaul robot powered overhaul method with improved charge simulation method is proposed. The electric field strength of the working environment of the overhaul robot is calculated by constructing a three-dimensional substation space, and the mechanical structure and electrical control situation of the overhaul robot are designed according to the charge distribution inside the environment. In the experiment, the proposed overhaul method is verified, and the analysis of the experimental results shows that the proposed overhaul method is used to overhaul the faulty equipment in the substation, and the equipment fault identification error is small and has a more excellent overhaul effect.
