Structure Design of Climbing Robot Used in Water-cooling Wall of Boiler

Abstract

The paper illustrates the robot structure used to clean and test the magnetic effect in boiler. Aim at the special working environment, it designs the robot structure and mechanism for deviation rectifying, analyzes the static and dynamic model. It shows how to determine the factors for the magnetic block such as suction and moment of motor.
