Abstract

As the working medium of hydraulic system, the temperature of hydraulic oil has a great influence on working performance of the machine. Taking the sampling robot as the research object, while in order to monitor and adjust the hydraulic oil temperature and solve the difficulty problem of uneven temperature distribution in oil tank caused by heat transfer hysteresis of hydraulic oil, automatic control system of coal sampling robot hydraulic system oil temperature of STM32 mcu is presented. The system with DS18B20 temperature sensors, which can realize the temperature real-time measurement of hydraulic system and the automatic control of oil temperature in hydraulic system of the robot has the characteristics of multi point real time data acquisition, strong anti-interference ability, simple and practical. Based on BP neural network multiple nonlinear fitting characteristics of oil temperature prediction, control air cooler speed and reduce energy consumption. Introduces the working principle and design scheme of the automatic control system of coal sampling robot oil temperature in hydraulic system, and expounds the design and development process.
