Abstract
A method for fabricating dense medium targets with known distributions and scatterer locations has been developed. The technique involves the use of a robot for accurate scatterer positioning. Performing measurements on these targets will give a better understanding of dense medium scattering mechanisms.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>
