Comments, with reply, on "Dynamic multi-sensor data fusion system for intelligent robots" by R.C. Luo et al

Abstract

The commenter notes that, in Section IV of the above-named work (see ibid., vol.4, p.386-96, Aug. 1988), R.C. Luo et al. propose a probabilistic methodology for the fusion of sensor data. He claims that the logic and technical development in this section are terribly flawed.
