Abstract

A 50-year-old woman presented with acute hemoptysis, dyspnea, and fatigue. Chest computed tomography (CT) showed an intralobar pulmonary sequestration of the right lower lobe with an aberrant artery arising from the celiac trunk (Fig. 1). A robotic right lower lobectomywas performed with an uneventful postoperative course (Fig. 2(A) and (B)). www.elsevier.com/locate/ejcts European Journal of Cardio-thoracic Surgery 39 (2011) 418
