Process Automation techniques in Hospitality Industry

Abstract

In today's scenario, the evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI), most of the services provided by industries and organizations are digital. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and workflow automation has several benefits in automating the existing business processes. It improves the accuracy, efficiency, productivity and overall customer satisfaction for a business process. In this manuscript, a study of existing approaches to automate the business process for customer relationship management have been discussed. Furthermore, some tools used for workflow automation have been also discussed for improvement of efficiency and productivity of existing business processes.
