Abstract

Absrtact: In the high-intensity working environment, the accuracy of load dynamic parameter identification of industrial robot is poor. In order to solve the above problems, a load dynamic parameter identification method based on artificial neural network is proposed. The parameter difference algorithm is used to calculate the influence parameters of the industrial robot running environment and eliminate the interference. Furthermore, the mechanical parameters of the robot to be processed by the moment solving algorithm are calculated. Based on the principle of neural network, the global parameter identification method is used to identify the dynamic parameters of robot load. The experimental results show that the research method has higher accuracy and feasibility in the practical application process.
