Abstract

Presents a working hypothesis on the thinking process in a robot's mind. Such a study implies that if a robot comes to have feelings of some kind in this manner, one can assume that it has acquired one of the characteristics necessary for having a mind. If so, a hybrid data processing system will be a useful method for studying about this process further. >
