Abstract
A speech activated robot arm controller using the Voice Commander for Windows is presented. Voice Commander for Windows is an interactive application developed by the authors to enable speech input control for all applications running under Microsoft's Windows 3.1 environment. Its working mechanism is based on the adaptive input neural network developed by the authors.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>
