Abstract
• AI can analyse multi-omics data for personalized therapies, risk stratification, and oral tumor characterization. • Emerging techniques like single-cell sequencing and imaging mass cytometry allow AI to uncover insights into drug resistance and tumor microenvironment. • AI-guided robotic systems improve surgical precision by using fluorescent markers to identify tumor boundaries. • AI modelling considers patient specificity and tumor evolution to facilitate precision medicine, optimize treatment regimens, and simulate treatment responses.
