Abstract

Si Solar Cells In article number 2405724 Zhigang Li, Jianbo Wu, Bingqing Wei, and co-workers introduce a promising new approach to harnessing light as an optimal wireless power source with unprecedented power conversion efficiency for space and planetary exploration devices operating at extremely low temperatures. This is particularly useful for equipment like construction robots operating in the moon's permanently shadowed South Pole craters, where temperatures range between 30–50 K and millions of tons of water are believed to exist.
