Abstract

The brain is one of the largest organs within side human beings' body which control every usefulness of various organs & enables in direction. This is fundamentally the manage awareness of focal sensory machine and is answerable for playing out the everyday willful and compulsory physical activities within side the human being's body. A Tumor is a stringy lattice of harmful infected tissue development internal to our cerebrum that multiplies in an unrestrained way. According to the report at age of 15 round 3540 children's get decided to have a cerebrum Tumor. AI has obtained substantial first-rate within side the discipline of scientific services in ongoing years wherein it has proven promising results in an assortment of fields like medical imaging, cautious robots, and supporting emergency medical institution execution to make the MRI images efficiently comprehensible therefore making the evaluation and detect ability of developing tumor more actual for the patients. If we will discuss about the source where we can detect the tumor process very efficiently is magnetic Resonance Image. MRI has come from the technique called as image processing which have contributed an extensive approach in the biomedical imaging sectors. Further the images has segmented by Improved Enhanced Fuzzy C Mean technique (IENFCM), some characteristics have removed by the most general version of feature extraction technique GLCM. Finally, the images have segmented by the deep learning approach CNN with the help of VGG 16 and transfer learning process. After implementation, the final accuracy we have got is 99.38%.
