Abstract
The issue of improving telecommunications in the hydrosphere is relevant and has been on the agenda for a long time. The reason is that existing technologies are not able to provide an increase in the sensitivity of received signals, which makes it practically impossible to provide advance detection of underwater objects by existing on-board sonar systems of submarines and, accordingly, robotic systems. This article is devoted to the solution of this scientific problem.
