Abstract
In this paper a production cell consisting of a robot which tends to three processing stations is mathematically analyzed. Several cases of the problem of sequencing operations of a robot to tend to these machines are studied and mathematical models are developed to determine the loading of work orders on the processing stations. A loading policy is then analyzed using these models.
