Abstract
The hospitality industry is undergoing a significant transformation with the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. This chapter explores the profound impact of AI on revolutionizing the guest experience within the hospitality industry. It begins by providing a comprehensive overview of AI, its components, and its increasing adoption in the hospitality sector. The benefits of AI implementation are discussed, including improved operational efficiency, enhanced guest services, revenue management, and heightened safety and security measures. However, challenges and ethical considerations related to AI implementation are also highlighted.
