Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has changed the way of management in organizations and workplace culture. Machine learning, natural language processing, and robotic process automation AI technologies have transformed decision support, operational efficiency, and human resources, enabling the move from traditional hierarchical management to an AI enhanced process. In this paper, we examine how AI facilitates data driven decision making, increases productivity by automating tasks and allows for human–AI collaboration in the workplace. This study examines AI's relevance to customer service, supply chain management and recruitment, showing how AI is becoming an ever more important business imperative for modern organizations to stay ahead in an increasingly isolated world dominated by digital. Also, implications of ethical AI adoption are discussed making the importance of the adoption of AI ethically clear. Finally, this research demonstrates the impact that AI will have on the future of work and the type of skills and organizational structures
