Overview

HYTEX 1000 is a heat-resistant fabric made from fiberglass, with a continuous operating temperature of 1000°F (538°C). It is available in woven fabric, woven tape, woven bolt hole tape, knit/braided rope, knit/braided sleeving, tadpole tape, braided sleeving, and woven channel tape. It offers high strength, excellent thermal properties, abrasion resistance, high dimensional stability, and low smoke emission. It can be laminated with foil or pressure-sensitive adhesive or coated for enhanced resistance.
