Overview

KAZE Robotics' Dynamic Navigation Control Technology combines two or more navigation methods (QR code, LIDAR, magnetic tape) for enhanced performance in complex applications. It enables seamless switching between navigation systems, achieving accurate positioning within ±5 mm and ±1 degree. This fail-safe capability allows AMRs to navigate tricky areas where ambient light interferes with LiDAR, using QR code labels as a fallback.

Key features

  • Dynamic Navigation: seamlessly switch between navigation systems
  • Combines QR code navigation with LIDAR and/or magnetic tape
  • Real-time adaptive control profiles for enhanced performance
  • Fail-safe fallback to QR code navigation when LiDAR is impaired
  • Accurate positioning within ±5 mm and ±1 degree
  • Equipped with in-track camera with LiDAR / Magnetic Strip Navigation add-on
  • Easy deployment and redeployment of Autonomous Mobile Robots
  • Lower dependence on failure of LiDAR system with QR map as reference
