Overview

Karobert Technology's NMEA 2000 cable is a high-performance cable system optimized for marine environments, strictly adhering to NMEA 2000 standards. It features marine-grade corrosion-resistant materials, robust mechanical and sealing design (IP67), dual-layer shielding, and low voltage drop over 100 m trunk lines. The cable supports 250 Kbps CAN bus communication and operates from -40°C to +85°C. Complete system components including trunk cable, drop cable, connectors, T-splitters, terminators, and power injectors are available, with customization services for pre-cut cables and pre-assembled connectors.

Key features

  • Marine-grade 316 stainless steel or nickel-plated brass connector housings
  • Oil-resistant, salt-spray-resistant, UV-resistant PVC or LSZH cable sheathing
  • Threaded locking with silicone O-rings achieves IP67 water/dust resistance
  • Spring-claw or screw-crimp terminals maintain stable contact under vibration
  • Dual-layer shielding (aluminum foil + tin-plated copper braid) for EMI protection
  • Conductor cross-section 0.75 mm² or larger for low voltage drop over 100 m
  • Supports NMEA 2000 standard 250 Kbps CAN bus communication
  • Complete system components: trunk cable, drop cable, Micro-C/Mini-C connectors, T-splitters, terminators, power injectors
  • Customization: pre-cut cables and pre-assembled connectors available
