Overview
HIWIN offers AC servo motors and stepper motors, which when combined with other Hiwin product lines such as servo drives and industrial robots can create excellent solutions for converting rotary motion into linear motion. The EM1 Series AC Servo Motors are highly reliable closed-loop systems able to maintain high speed with low torque, with encoder resolution options of 17bits or 23bits, rated output from 50 W to 2 KW, IP65 rating, and optional brake and key. AC servo drives include high-performance drives with 3.2 kHz speed response, tuneless function, advanced auto-tune, built-in STO, and support for various encoders. The HIMC Controller is a multi-axis motion controller supporting up to 16 fully synchronized axes with a cycle time of 250 µs.
