Overview
The ATLS (Automatic Truck Loading System) is a fixed pallet container loading system for semi-trailers and vehicle containers. It installs on a loading platform or traverse serving multiple docks. Transport platforms on a steel frame lift and move loads, automatically loading/unloading all cargo in one go. Conveyor speed is 0.1 m/s, max load 28 tons. It reduces truck loading time from ~1 hour to 8 minutes, requires no trailer modifications, and supports 99% of trailers.
