Overview
The E40 extruder is an optimized weight-to-high-output pellet extruder for large part production. It offers max output up to 60 kg/hr, nozzle range 4–24 mm, high torque planetary gearbox, Siemens servo motor, and a base unit with Siemens PLC. Automated material transport and easy integration of pellet dryer are included. It can be integrated onto robotic arms or CNC gantry machines.
