Overview
The DSTREAM-XT is a high-performance debug probe with PCIe connectivity, up to 64 Gbps trace bandwidth, and a 16 GB buffer. It supports debug connections to up to 4096 CoreSight components, code download speeds up to 12 MB/s, JTAG rates up to 180 MHz, and SWD rates up to 125 MHz. Remote gigabit ethernet or USB 3.0 host connections enable fast accessibility. It works with Arm Development Studio and CoreSight Trace Macrocells.
