Overview
AIRSKIN Safetyflange is a collision sensor coupling between robot arm and end effector, enabling fenceless applications. It uses pressure-sensitive AIRSKIN technology (PLe/Cat3 ISO 13849-1) and triggers safety stop via tilting, twisting, or z-translation. Adjustable forces, automatic reset, high precision. Available in four variants: Safetyflange 10 (up to 10 kg payload), Pro/Pro Core (up to 15 kg), and 20 (up to 20 kg). Certified PLe/Cat.3 or SIL 3. Speeds up to 2 m/s.
