SSI Cuby

SSI Cuby is a single-level automated storage shuttle system manufactured by SSI SCHAEFER, designed for high-density goods-to-person warehouse automation. Each system consists of a rack, lifts, one shuttle per storage level, and is controlled by WAMAS software. It handles containers and cartons up to 35 kg, supports double-deep storage, and has been deployed in multiple large-scale installations across Europe and Australia (e.g., Apotea in Sweden with 174 shuttles/87,000 locations, Gémo in France with 204 shuttles/81,600 locations). The system was re-launched in 2021 with increased travel speeds and a new design.
