摘要
该论文研究了安卓机器人Andrea在博物馆中与游客进行自主对话时的接受度，通过三种情感模拟条件（无情感、ChatGPT驱动情感、WASABI架构驱动情感）进行实验。结果表明，前两种情感实现方式并未显著提升用户接受度，为情感机器人在公共场合的应用提供了实证参考。
