摘要
本文提出ExtraGS框架,结合扩散模型与3D高斯泼溅,通过不确定性引导的虚拟相机采样和置信度加权微调,有效增强机器人辅助微创手术中内窥镜视图的外推能力。该方法在保持可靠区域质量的同时,利用扩散模型恢复盲区的解剖结构,显著减少外推伪影。
