本研究通过倾向评分匹配方法，比较了hinotori手术机器人系统与达芬奇手术系统在右侧结肠癌手术中的效果。结果表明两种系统在手术安全性和短期疗效上无显著差异，为机器人手术系统的选择提供了参考。
